$300 minimum food and beverage required

50% of cost = deposit required to secure the date

$20 - $45 delivery fee(up to 30 miles from Crystal Lake location)

Plates, napkins, and individual utensils available for purchase

If you would like setup/takedown with hot pans and sternos - 9% of total bill

Truck on site with service for 2 hours ($100 an hour more for each hour after that)

$1,500+tax minimum food and beverage sales required for weekend evenings*

$1200+tax minimum food and beverage sales required for weeknights and lunches*

$1,800+tax minimum food and beverage sales required for holidays*

50 guest minimum recommended

$500+tax deposit required to secure date

All (serving and individual) utensils, condiments, plates, napkins included

$50+tax Travel Fee for locations over 15 miles from the Crystal Lake

*Even if the minimum in food and beverage sales is not met, you will still be billed the minimum amount agreed.
Minimum sales requirements quoted here do not include tax.
*If you allow a tab and sales exceed the minimum fee, you will be charged for all sales.
